Welcome to Upper St Clair Newcomers & Neighbors

We’re a women’s social club dating back to 1955. This organization was formed to help current residents meet and make friends with their fellow neighbors. The USC Newcomers & Neighbors are a diverse group of women. We have lived all over the world; we are in different seasons of life —our common thread is the desire to connect with others, have fun, and establish our place in this great community.
