About

President’s Welcome

Welcome to Upper St Clair!  USC Newcomers’ Club is a social organization for women who have moved to the township in the last two years or who have undergone a major life event (such as the birth of a child, stepping out of or into the work force, marriage, divorce, etc.).  We are proud to have welcomed new neighbors for the past 60 years.  Each of us understands the challenges of starting fresh in a new community and building friendships, and we are delighted you have discovered our organization.

We are a diverse group of women!  We have lived all over the world; we are in different seasons of life.  Our common thread is the desire to connect with others and establish our place in this great community.  We hope to help you build community here, too.

For annual dues of $30, you will have access to a variety of offerings throughout the year.  Member favorites include pig roasts, book club, Segway tours, fused glass making, PNC park tours, game nights, beer tastings, and progressive dinners, just to name a few.  You will also have access to our private Facebook page where you can connect daily with other members, and find information on impromptu events, babysitters, doctors and all those details that help you settle in to your new home.

On behalf of the USC Newcomers’ Club, again welcome!   Please reach out to me directly if you need anything or have questions.  We look forward to meeting you soon!
